"Calendar Girl"

I have always enjoyed taking photos with my phone. Christmas time 2019 I made a couple of calendars as Christmas presents; they went down a treat. January 2020, I bought a Nikon Coolpix B600 then covid hit. I was on furlough from April until August during that time I clicked away most days and started to produce my first calendar Mid Argyll and beyond within 3 weeks I had raised £1000.00 for the Local MacMillan Unit in Lochgilphead. After a couple of visits to Tarbert Loch Fyne the second calendar was born Summertime in Tarbert. By this time cards were now being produced and a Third Calendar was born Flowers at Glencraigs Farm. January 2021 and I have now raised over £5000.00 and over 800 calendars sold and now the proud owner of a Nikon Coolpix P1000. The website was on the cards to get the calendars and cards further afield for 2022. 20% of my profit from the Calendars will go towards the MacMillian Unit.
2021 Update
This year was my first year being able to travel around to Local markets where my customer base grew, I also had a roadside honesty box and have been grateful to my employer Susan Paterson at Argyll Pharmacy for allowing me to sell my Calendars and Cards in the pharmacy. I also did my first talk at Ford WRI with a couple more planned for 2022. I am looking forward to where my photography journey will take me in 2022, I have now purchased a drone to add to my collection of Cameras.
2022 Update.
This was another busy year attending local markets in some not so good weather and some cracking weather. My roadside stall in Ford had grown to a shed which is very well visited. The Photography journey keeps on giving and by the end of 2022 I had raised over £10,000 for the local MacMillian unit and £300.00 for the fishermen’s mission.
2023 is a big year for me as I will be 40, started a new job in February, heading off to Holland to the Dutch flower fields and whatever else life throws at me one thing I know my trusty camera will be with me.

2024 update I have now raised £13,628.00 for MacMillan. I am not sure where 2024 is going to take me but hopefully some beautiful photos.
Based in Mid Argyll Scotland I have many amazing photography spots on my doorstep.
